This meeting is open to all residents to discuss an increase in Homeowners Dues for the coming year.
Join us at the playground area for Movie Night on The Lawn to close out the summer! We will be watching The Jungle Book and have freshly popped popcorn with mix-ins. Bring your blankets and chairs to get settled around 7:00!
Saturday, October 8th, 2016 from 8:00 am-2:00 pm. A week prior to the sale, ads will be placed in the Gonzales Weekly and the Nickel Ads, and signs will be posted at both of the subdivision entrances to promote the sale.
This will be for residents and families. Money raised will be donated to a local charity. After the run is over we will host a Block Party at the playground. Burgers, hotdogs and drinks will be served and there will be a bouncy house for the kids! Date TBD

Our neighborhood workday is May 14th from 8-1 and we are in desperate need of volunteers. With enough volunteers, we may be able to open the pool early.
