APRIL 12th 2018}

_{Rick, Jody, Doug, Cory, Tracy, Richard, Kenny, and Jessica Benson.}

_{Jody – stepped down as President and off the board announcing he is moving.} 

                _{Then he said his goodbyes and left.}

_{BULK HEAD}

      _{Doug presented changes for bulk head spec in red. Voted 7 – 0 approved.} 

 _{Covent and Amendments will be rewritten to include approved specs.}

_{Options discussed for HOA payment of SOD and Backfill plus labor cost to put Sod and backfill in.} 

_{HOMEOWNERS will pay for BULKHEAD itself.}

_{COURT BRADFORD will email survey results by Monday.}

_{Decisions on what the HOA will pay for will be made AFTER the survey results are in.}

_{CONTRACTOR for bulk head can start in May.}

_{DISCUSSED – NO STREET PARKING SIGNS… how many,  locations, what they should say. – tabled for future discussion.}

_{POOL BANDS ARE NOT NEEDED!}

_{Card reader will still be used to get in and out of the pool. Only one card per household. Cards must be activated to get into pool.}

_{POOL OPENING SET FOR MAY 12th as long as work day goes as planned.}

_{RICK –  BLUE TAPE will be placed over the clubhouse doors for Rentals.}

_{See Saw for playground a budget of $800.00 Voted on and 7 – 0  vote.}

_{Vote to mount TV on wall by hall way day 7 – 0.}

_{Tracy is to look into internet options for the club house.}

_{WORKDAYS need to be scheduled}

_{Pool, Grounds, Playground (rotten wood removal around play ground)}

_{Garage sell will need to be pushed back until May 5th. Due to incoming storms.}

  _{Since residents have already set up for the garage sell they will be able to still sell on April 28th as well as May 5th if they wish.}

_{PARKING LOT LIGHT UPDATE}

  _{All light parts are in.  Ask if they can adjust current light. It lights up the inside of our residents home.}
