Annual Old Mill Homeowner’s Meeting

Please join us for our annual homeowner’s meeting at the clubhouse. This is your opportunity to get an understanding of how your dues are spent and voice any concerns that you may have. We plan to discuss the following:
• 2012-2013 Expenses
• Changes in clubhouse scheduling
• Future Plans
• Proposed 2013-2014 Budget (see reverse)
• Nominations and elections for Board positions
• Any new business
If you cannot make the meeting, please consider voting by proxy. We have created a form on the website where you can allow someone else in the subdivision to cast a vote for you. Please see http://www.oldmillhoa.com/2013-annual-meeting-proxy/ for details.
The annual dues for the 2013-2014 fiscal year will remain $350. We will hold only two personal collection dates this year. In addition, you may pay your dues online at www.oldmillhoa.com/2013-2014-dues/ . Please note that if you choose to pay online, your dues will be $362 in order to cover the online fees associated with this. If you choose to pay in person, we will be collecting at the annual meeting on March 19, during our workday on March 23, or by mail. Please see the website for details. You will also need to verify your pool card number. If you pay in person, please bring your card with you.
